Purpose built home
Located in the heart of the community in the city of Hull and near to the small market town of Hessle. The home offers a high level of support that is focused around the persons needs and wishes.
Situated on Bethune Avenue, it is a purpose-built service providing accommodation for people who have learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. It is a six bed residential service that offers four single occupancy homely environments and a separate two bedded respite facility. The four self-contained flats provide independence for individuals allowing them to have their own individualized space whilst at the same time having a high level of staff support.
Referrals
There is an assessment process, that can be tailored to the individual depending on their needs. This transition will be done through partnership working and will be done at the pace of the client.
